Potato Pancakes
4 large potatoes
1 yellow onion
1 egg,
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons all-efficient flour
1 cup pepper
2 cups vegetable oil Add all ingredients to taste
Finely grate the potatoes with onions in a large bowl. Any extra liquid energy
Stir in the egg, salt and pepper. Add a thick dough of 2 to 4 tablespoons mixture thick.
Draw a minimum of 200 degrees Celsius (95 degrees Celsius).
At the bottom of a heavy skillet on a hot, 1/4 inches high heat. Put two or three 1/4 cup pounds in hot oil. Spread to make 1/2 inch thick pancakes. Fry until golden brown, turn once. Keep your energy into the jar of paper towel and keep it for a short time until it takes time. Repeat until all potatoes use the mixture.
