Ingredients
3 cups of water (about 110 degrees)
The active dry yeast in 1 tbsp
⅔ cup honey
⅓ cup oil
7½ cups whole wheat flour (whole wheat / half butter dough)
1 tablespoon of salt
Butter (top of bread)

Instructions
Hot oven to warm up to 200 degrees.
Keep warm water in large mixing bowl. Mix the sour cream again. Let's make 5 minutes honey-proof proof (start packing a cream).
Add oil, flour and salt. Start by adding 7 cups of flour. Start stirring with a dough hook. Mix the dough from the sides and sides of the mixture and add ½ cup flour. Using Bosch or Kitchenaid, make medium-high speed 10 minutes. If you do not own a stand mixer, your hand will be okay.
