Best Coffee Morning recipes
1 cup butter stirred
Granulated 1 1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 tablespoons of fresh grand coffee (you can use instant crystals and powder)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt (I use cocar)
A mixer cream butter and sugar.
In a small bowl, add egg, vanilla and coffee until fully combined.
In a separate bowl add flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
Add your egg mixture to the butter mixture until well mixed. Add the flour mixture slowly until it is completely fit, no beaten.
Grab this dough for at least an hour.
When you're ready to burn, add up to 350 degrees.
Do not knead 1/2 inches thick on a flat solid surface. Using a circle cookie cut, pinch out the circles outdoors, and a place on the sheet of the sheet.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are slightly golden. Allow cookies to cool completely before ingcoring any icing.
